DESCRIPTION
Tantalizing and full with flavour Beef Paste made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olheart. Made using fresh salt & pepper and a little coriander for serving.
INGREDIENTS
For the beetroot pesto
- 4 large beets
- 20-30 gr of apple cider vinegar
- 40-50 gr pine nuts (ideally roasted)
- 40 gr olive oil
- 1 packet of gluten-free spaghetti
PROCESS
- Bring the spaghetti to a boil according to the instructions for use on the package.
- Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in salted water until soft.
- Once they are ready, put them in a multi with the rest of the ingredients except the fresh chili and the coriander and mix slowly until it becomes a pulp.
- At the end add the chili and coriander and mix well
- We try and check if something is needed and complete it
- Add the pesto to the hot pasta and mix well and serve
